FAQs
What do you digitize?
We transfer VHS, VHS-C, HI-8, Mini-DV, DVDs, Audio Cassettes, and photos (negatives/slides and prints).
What format will I receive back with my tapes?
You have a choice of Digital Download (included) or Flashdrive (additional charge). We do not recommend transferring to DVD as the quality will be lower.
How do I get the tapes to you?
If you’re local, we’ll coordinate pickup/dropoff. If you’re out of town, we’ll give you mailing instructions.
How long does it take?
Most projects are completed within 4 weeks and we take requests for quicker completion with a rush fee.
What if my tape is blank or cannot be converted?
We review the quality of your tapes and will contact you with any concerns as well as if the tape is damaged or non-transferrable. You will not be charged for those items.
Do you restore or enhance video or photos?
We offer video editing services and photo retouching as an add-on.
When/how do I pay?
Full payment is due upon return of your tapes. We will send a digital invoice.
